We will review how to plan your design ideas, select fabric and details then make a beginner-friendly garment that helps you build strong sewing foundations , creating a stylish finished piece you can proudly wear.Throughout the workshop, you’ll become familiar with sewing terminology, learn how to confidently use a sewing machine, and practice a variety of important construction techniques used in clothing making.This workshop focuses on practical sewing skills needed to make everyday garments, including cutting and working with non-stretch woven fabrics, assembling and finishing seams, creating an elastic waistband, hemming, and learning how to follow and understand a commercial sewing pattern.We will create a perfect beginner project that combines comfort, fit, and simple construction.
