When I approached the end of 2023, I knew I needed to shake things up. I wasn’t living up to my full potential. I was drifting. Reacting to life instead of getting out there and making it happen. I was gaining weight and couldn’t figure out why. I had the sense that I was missing something fundamental but my normal yoga and meditation practices weren’t as effective as they used to be.
