- **Event Description**: As summer draws near, it is time for our long standing tradition: the Ottawa County Republican Party Fish Fry! This year we are holding our Fish Fry on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm at Camp Perry Conference Center (1000 N. Lawrence Drive, Building 600, Port Clinton). It is our first time at this beautiful air-conditioned venue that overlooks Lake Erie. 

This will be a fun-filled event, as we celebrate America 250. We will have a visit from George and Martha Washington. Loren Spivack, the humorous “Free Market Warrior” and author, will speak. We are working hard to have a very Special Guest visit, directly from DC: U.S. Senator Bernie Moreno.

We will once again have delicious Lake Erie Yellow Perch (1/2 # per person), and all the fixings (pasta salad, potato salad, fruit salad, cole slaw, buns, tartar sauce) from Mike’s Fish Fry. The Yellow Perch is fresh from the Port Clinton Fishery! For those who prefer not to eat fish, we will have a meat alternative available. Yes, there will be dessert!! We have a birthday to celebrate! America 250! Coffee and pop will be available. We are planning to have a Cash Bar, with our famous libations (Lakeside and Catawba punches!).
