4 Paws for Reading

Calling all kids! Come read with our therapy dog, Sophie! Therapy dogs can reduce anxiety and improve focus & attention span. Sophie will be a nonjudgmental listener as you practice your reading and communication skills with her or have us read with you to her. Bring your own book or choose one that we have available. Sign up for a 15 minute reading session. Space is limited to 4, registration is required. Registration opens on November 3rd. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. If the activity is full and you would like to be put on a wait list, please call the library @ 419-732-3212.
