THIS DATE IS WHEN YOU WILL MAKE YOUR GINGERBREAD HOUSE ; You will chose your GLAZE DAY while you are at your workshop. You will not take your gingerbread home with you; it needs to be fired after the workshop and you will return to glaze it.
