Each team has a designated time and date - please check with your coach to confirm. 

Parking & Arrival:

Parking at the facility is limited. We strongly encourage families to drop off and pick up players when possible. If you plan to stay, please park along the road and walk to the facility.


Be Prepared & On Time:

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can stay on schedule. Each team has 20 minutes to take both individual and team pictures.

Players should be picture-ready upon arrival.

Bring all equipment you would like included in photos (bats, gloves, helmets, etc.).


Each team has a limited time slot, so punctuality is key to ensuring every player gets their photos taken. Picture package pricing and order forms will be available from your coach beforehand - please bring the completed order form with you to your media day appointment.
