Show your pride and celebrate at the Port Angeles Pier! Join the Port Angeles LGBTQIA2S+ community for an afternoon of celebrating one another, joining in community, live music, food, vendor booths, and PRIDE!
This year, more than ever, we know how important it is to be in community with one another, as well as celebrate and support each other, and our local LGBTQIA2S+ business community. In that spirit, we are again excited to highlight local queer vendors, businesses, musicians, DJs, and performers at the Port Angeles Pier! Vendors and performers will be announced closer to the event date.
All ages are welcome! This is a free, volunteer-run event by and for the community. Cash and Venmo tips for performers are appreciated!
Accessibility info:
Event Location & Access
The event takes place outdoors on flat, paved ground.
The main entrance is accessible by vehicle for drop-off and pick-up marked clearly with signage.
The path from the parking lot to the main stage is approximately 100 feet long and flat.
Event Support
An event map will be available at the welcome area to help with orientation.
Volunteers and Port Angeles Pride team members will be present throughout the event to support guests and check in with folks. Look for identification if you need assistance.
Rest Areas
A low-stimulation, COVID-cautious rest area will be available in a tented space for anyone who needs a quiet break.
This area will include seating, hand sanitizer, and free disposable masks.
Seating
A limited number of chairs will be provided. We encourage attendees to bring their own folding chairs or mobility supports as needed for comfort.
Bathrooms
Accessible, ADA-compliant restrooms are available on-site at the pier and clearly labeled.
Sound & Sensory Considerations
There will be amplified music and announcements on microphones throughout the day.
We encourage guests who are sensitive to noise to bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones for their comfort.
Some performances may include bubble makers or fog machines; we’ll do our best to give a heads-up when these are in use.
COVID-19 Safety
This is a mask-friendly event.
We will have free masks available at the welcome table for anyone who needs one.
The event is fully outdoors, and we encourage physical distancing when possible.
If you have accessibility needs, questions, or would like to request accommodations ahead of time, please reach out to our team via Messenger. Pride is for everyone, and we’re here to make sure it feels that way.
