Our annual Workplace Violence Symposium is designed for risk, patient safety, and security professionals like you — to strengthen your knowledge of workplace violence in healthcare organizations. The symposium aids you in finding effective strategies to mitigate workplace violence and raise awareness of topics that influence safety in the work environment. Take advantage of the opportunity to network with local, regional, and national industry experts.

Nursing: 5.5 nursing contact hours by Hospital Services of Louisiana, Inc for complete attendance of the program. Hospital Services of Louisiana, Inc is approved by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing – CE Provider #60.

CHSP/CPSO: 5.5 contact hours of continuing education credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of CHSP designation of Certified Healthcare Safety Professional & CPSO designation of Certified Patient Safety Officer.

CPHRM: 5.25 contact hours of continuing education credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow) and towards CPHRM renewal.
