Ideal for nervous system restoration, recovery from illness or surgery, clarity for personal problems and connecting to a higher sense of seld and support.Common experiences are reduced anxiety, lightened mood, mental clarity, improved sleep quality, relief of physical pain and imbalances, emotional release, heightened perception and intuitive connection.In our time together, you’ll be gently guided through a grounding meditation before being lulled by the healing frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls, channeled vocals, chimes, and other healing instrumentals. As the body relaxes, the linear mind slows down, and opens space for deeper insight, healing and connection.Please bring yoga mats or cushy padding, a pillow, blankets to stay warm, an eye cover (optional though recommended) a water bottle and any other supportive props for your comfort. Think cozy, healing nest vibes! Bring it all!You will need:a yoga mat, or padding to lay on (sleeping bags, lounge chair padding or foamies are great. We will be on the floor so please dont be shy to bring what you need for comfort.
