Join us on a journey of deep rest for body, mind and soul. This multi-faceted offering combines various somatic healing modalities for a truly therapeutic experience.

We'll begin with gentle yoga and meditation to release tension and stagnant energy, followed by a journey through sound healing, reiki energy healing and shiatsu massage.

Anika from Ocean&Moon Healing Arts and Afa from Salt & Sage Wellness facilitate this small group offering. The small group size ensures that each participant receives plenty of hands-on healing.

Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Bolsters and blankets are provided for your comfort.
