Saturday the 20th from 9:00 am we celebrate community, movement and unity with a non-profit KOHA based yoga class. Optional coffee by the waterfront after class (weather dependent).

?All generous donations will go straight to Orange Sky, a Wellington and Porirua based charity organization that provides hot showers, laundry and company to people who are going through a hard time. ?

To book visit www.mandalayoganz.com or walk in :-) share this with a mate or family member who could use a morning of me-time and community before Christmas. 

This will be a gentle class, no handstands or crazy backbends required ;-) beginners and pros are welcome. We will do some fun breathing together and move our bodies mindfully ?‍♀️

No yoga experience needed. Mats and props are limited, please bring along your own if you have :-)
