Ironman Grappling Level 1 Course

For Saario Academy instructors who want to improve their grappling skills both in standing and ground positions.
Also for those who wish to launch Ironman Grappling classes in their own clubs. Ironman Grappling is designed both as a standalone system and as complementary training for anyone seeking practical self-defence or cross-discipline grappling skills.

Ironman Grappling is a structured system that synthesizes the best solutions from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, European wrestling and Russian Sambo. Developed to deliver clear, systematic knowledge transfer, the curriculum covers safe takedowns and multiple routes to the ground, a range of finishing techniques (joint locks and chokes), and comprehensive anti-grappling counters.

The Level 1 course introduces the foundations of the training program. In addition to technical details, participants will learn the core structure of Ironman Grappling, the specific format of training sessions, and the methodology of instruction.
