The holiday season is full of joy, but it can also leave us drained, overextended, and in need of a little extra care. In this hands-on herbal workshop, we’ll blend teas to nourish body and spirit, fortifying ourselves for the weeks ahead of family gatherings, travel, and festive chaos.
Together, we’ll explore herbs that support the immune system, ease digestion, and strengthen energetic boundaries—plants like echinacea, elderberry, chamomile, and rosemary. You’ll learn the magical and medicinal correspondences of each, then craft two custom tea blends: one for physical support (rest, immunity, recovery) and one for energetic protection (warding off negativity, stress, and holiday burnout).
You’ll leave with your tea blends, recipe cards, and practical tips for brewing with intention, so you can carry a bit of herbal magic with you into every gathering, feast, and celebration.
