Join us for a gentle evening of reflection and release held in community. This circle offers a calm, supportive space for anyone navigating loss, transition, or emotional heaviness. Whether you’re grieving a loved one, an ending, or simply feeling worn from the world, you are welcome here.
Lexi, an evidential medium, will guide participants through a compassionate process of sharing, grounding, and letting go. The evening will include quiet conversation, writing prompts, symbolic acts of release, and a closing moment of light and remembrance.
During Our Time Together
- Guided reflection on what we’re carrying and what we’re ready to release
- Gentle breathwork and mindfulness to settle the body
- Writing or art prompts for expression and healing
- Group sharing (optional - listening is participation, too)
A closing circle of intention and remembrance
Please Bring
- A journal or notebook
- An item, photo, or token that represents your loved one or what you’re releasing
- Comfortable clothing and an open heart
This is a quiet, safe, and non-religious space.
You don’t have to have the right words - you just have to show up.
Together, we’ll create a container for comfort, remembrance, and gentle renewal.
