An active retreat designed for those who love movement, mountains and depth.

We begin with two immersive days of hiking through the Gorce Mountains, walking along open ridgelines and forest trails, breathing crisp mountain air and absorbing vast panoramic views. One night we stay in a mountain hut near Turbacz Peak, experiencing simplicity, silence and the spaciousness that only altitude can offer.

After this mountain immersion, we move to a peaceful, scenic guesthouse where the rhythm softens. Here the focus shifts toward integration and conscious breathwork. Through energising yoga centred on chest openness and diaphragm strength, and a dedicated pranayama workshop with diaphragm release techniques, you expand your breathing capacity and reconnect with your vital force.

The days are balanced with nourishing, healthy meals, time in the spa area with sauna or hot tub, quiet evenings under the stars and optional gentle walks in the surrounding hills. This retreat is for those who want both challenge and restoration, effort and lightness, expansion and grounding.
