Jiujitsu Seminar A Practical Approach to CLA

Seminar this Saturday 1/3/26 11am-1pm at Poolesville Self Defense

Join us for the first seminar of the year with a great seminar with active competitor and Standard Jiujitsu Black Belt under Greg Souders, Travis DePriest!

The seminar is an Introduction to the Constraints Led Approach or CLA, which is a task focused way to design practice and train practitioners to develop skills for jiujitsu (and other sports).

This method of training is gaining more popularity and is being proven for being highly effective at the highest levels of the sport of jiujitsu.

This seminar is FREE for all students and gyms.

Donations for the coach and gym are welcome.

All students must sign up online to confirm the gym waiver (see link in invite).
