This session begins with a brief introduction and gentle movement to help you settle in. From there, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice, followed by time to slowly transition back and integrate the experience.
While deeply relaxing, Yoga Nidra can also be surprisingly activating for the mind. Rather than immediate sleepiness, many people leave feeling calm, clear, and awake. This earlier evening offering allows you to fully experience the practice and return home with ease.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself the space to rest in a different way.
