- **Event Description**: Join Rachel for a sound and reiki experience where your nervous system can exhale. 

There is nothing you have to do. You show up, get comfortable, and rest. While you rest, you will be bathed in a variety of soothing sounds. Sound – through instruments, vibration, and resonance – helps quiet the mind, which allows the body to fully let go and rest deeply. 
Reiki – spiritually guided life-force energy – works alongside and enhances the power of sound. The Reiki infused sound permeates your body, your mind and your spirit; allowing for the releasing of deeply held tension, chronic stress, and self-limiting beliefs. 
The vibrations move stuck energy and clear out that which does not serve your highest Self. 

All of this healing work occurs while you are resting comfortably.

You will be provided with an extra thick and cushy yoga mat, 2-3 blankets, a bolster, and an eye mask. It is recommended that you dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. 
You may wish to wear layers or bring socks as the body tends to cool off while resting. This Sound + Reiki experience is for anyone and everyone; all are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. If you have difficulty getting up and down from the floor, please reach out so a chair can be set up for your comfort.
