This CPD course is designed for business leaders, senior and middle managers responsible for shaping strategy and delivering organisational change. It is particularly relevant for those who are aiming to embed sustainability into core business operations, and professionals navigating regulatory demands, investor priorities, and shifting consumer expectations. You will gain the practical tools and strategic insights needed to lead sustainable transformation in a digital world. BU will issue a certificate to attendees who complete the course. The course is not CPD accredited but is delivered by the Business School, which is AACSB accredited and has also earned the Small Business Charter Award, a recognition of its significant contributions to small businesses, student entrepreneurship, and the local economy.

How to leverage AI to be more productive, sustainable and competitive, and how to utilize an appropriate AI.

• Accounting and Taxation for Sustainability

Understand principles of sustainability accounting, ISSB standards, and UK government policies on sustainability reporting and environmental taxation.

• Communicating Sustainable Practices and Performance

How to communicate sustainability efforts effectively, avoiding greenwashing and greenhushing.

• Leading Organisational Change for Sustainability

How to lead organisational change to enable transformations towards sustainable business models in the digital era.
