SUP YOGA with Floating Paddleboard meditation ??  followed by SEA SOUL DIP & SAUNA 

Exciting to announce  I will be taking out small groups all over the Spring and Summer next year 2025  for a New Relaxing Soul Floating Journey Gentle YOGA practice on the SUP BOARD. In shallow waters ??
 
Meeting at knoll Beach carpark together we will practice a gentle Yoga Flow on the boards followed by me taking you through a guided meditation on an inwards  journey.  A time to observe release tension and create peace and wellbeing whist feeling the ebb and flow of the water beneath you. 

We will listen to mindful music and embrace the feeling of calm, content and perfectly at peace , whilst floating on the boards that will be anchored down close together in shallow waters  ??

Afterwards we will all go for a Soothing Sea Dip and have the luxury of the Sauna as we find this time  boost our circulation and continue with our wellness session. 

All Sessions come with a complementary  healthy snack and juice shot. 

Scheduled times 9am till 12pm . 

✨ 9.30am till 10.30am One Hour of Yoga on the boards with Meditation 
✨ 11am till 12pm One Hour of Sea Dip and Sauna 

Price £45 

Perfect to try out something NEW ? 

All paddle boards supplied Max of Eight in one group session ?

SUP boards will be supplied with a life vest and I’ll supply the anchors. 

Age 18 plus for this event 

Not forgetting My Moon Cleanse Monthly and Four Season special packages that come with gift bag and healthy snack with juice shots. ( All details for this are on my Facebook page or check out on the Events search . Max of 12 for hour of Beach Yoga followed by an hour of Sea Soul Dip and Sauna ( No Paddle boards)  snacks and drink included. ?‍♀️??

Please DM me to book and secure your spot.  ( Full refund if I can’t  teach on the beach due to bad weather and need to cancel.  ( I kindly ask for a two weeks cancellation policy if you can’t attend and a Full refund will be given. )
