Group Reiki healing is a collective energy healing session where you will gather to receive the universal life force energy known as Reiki. During the session, our certified Reiki practitioner, Kate, channels this healing energy to the group, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.
The session begins with a guided meditation to center your mind and prepare your body for the healing energy. As you settle into a state of relaxation, Kate will begin the Reiki healing, using her hands to channel the energy to each participant. The group setting amplifies the energy, creating a powerful, supportive environment for healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
To enhance the healing experience, the session also includes drumming and tuning forks. The rhythmic sounds of the drum help to ground and balance your energy, while the vibrational frequencies of the tuning forks work to clear blockages and harmonize your energy field.
Herbal tea will be provided, allowing you to further relax and absorb the healing benefits of the session. The carefully selected herbs are designed to complement the Reiki energy, promoting detoxification and rejuvenation.
The session concludes with card pulls, offering you personalized insights and guidance to support your healing journey. These cards can provide clarity, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of your current path.
