In the rush of everyday life, we rarely pause to check in with ourselves - to really listen to what we need.
This circle is your invitation to slow down, breathe, and gently reset as we step into September.

🌀 What to expect:

• A guided meditation to calm your mind and reconnect with your body
• Group Reiki energy healing to release what no longer serves you and invite in clarity, balance, and renewal
• Journaling prompts for reflection and fresh perspective
• Sacred cacao to open the heart and deepen connection
• A safe, supportive space to be seen, heard, and held - just as you are

💫 Why Reiki in circle?
Reiki is a gentle but powerful energy practice that encourages balance, calm, and self-healing.
In this group setting, you’ll receive a short individual Reiki moment as part of the collective healing - a chance to let go, recharge, and reconnect with your inner strength.

Whether you’re navigating change, recovering from emotional challenges, or simply craving deeper self-connection, this circle offers a soulful reset and a powerful reminder: You are not alone.

📍 Location: Kaiako Studio, Ashley Road, Poole
🕖 Time: 7pm–9pm
💫 No experience needed - just come as you are.

Spaces are limited to keep the gathering intimate - early booking is recommended.

Bring a journal if you have one, and wear something comfortable.
All other materials provided.
