We have been running the evening meetings for around 18 months and we are really pleased to be able to now offer a daytime slot for people that can't make the evening group. The daytime meetings will take place monthly and are an informal place for Adults (18+) with eating difficulties and their carers/loved ones to come along and meet other group members with lived experience. We offer a craft activity (All craft materials for this event are provided) which you can enjoy whilst sharing resources, tips and strategies in a relaxed environment. This month we are going to be looking at Journalling, the practice of recording thoughts, feelings, and experiences in writing or with pictures. It has long been valued as a tool for personal growth and emotional well-being. Maintaining a journal can offer a wide range of benefits for individuals of all ages.
