CommUNIty Discovery Series is a collaboration between and helping local people to connect, learn and grow together!

Join us for this Living Well Active Discovery talk where we will explore together the benefits of living an active life, why we don't feel like it sometimes, and how we can create one for better health, fitness and wellbeing :-)

Your host and speaker for the evening is Layne Hamerston, a health, fitness and wellbeing educator and personal trainer for over two decades who has helped hundreds personally, and thousands through charities and other organisations to enjoy better lives.
