Chakra Dancing is a creative free-form dance modality inviting the dancers to feel the music, to flow and move their body in their own unique and expressive way. 

Ruth has specially selected original music to resonate with the vibrations of each of the body’s seven major chakras, or energy wheels. 

No experience necessary. 
Just bring yourself, wear layers of loose stretch clothing  you can move in, a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket and cushion (Ruth has spares) for the 20 minute meditation after the 1hr dance. 

This week we will dance and open all of the 7 chakras, with a focus on our amazing third eye , ‘Anja’
