Meet Jozef...
Jozef Maxted is a full-stack creative developer and co-founder of ChatThing and Pixelhop.

At ChatThing, Jozef works on building AI-powered customer support and knowledge bots that plug directly into real business data - helping teams automate support, capture leads, and scale without losing their human touch. His focus is firmly on useful AI: tools that save time, improve customer experience, and actually get used.

Alongside this, Jozef co-runs Pixelhop, a Cornwall-based digital agency specialising in apps, web apps, prototypes, and MVPs. Pixelhop works with clients from idea through to launch, combining strong technical foundations with creative problem-solving.

Jozef is known for cutting through AI hype and explaining complex concepts in a clear, practical way - making him particularly passionate about helping local businesses confidently adopt AI without needing a technical background.

As this training is Part-Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund there will be some paperwork for attendees to complete (this only needs completing once and not required for every masterclass).
