      ? Predominantly broadleaf woodland
      ? Steeply sloping easterly-facing gradient
      ? Access is something of a challenge
      ? Needs fencing, there's a fly-tipping risk
      ? Limited potential for community use
       ✨️Some people locally are keen to secure it
       ? Informal Tender Deadline: 14th July

? Tir Pontypridd board members agreed we should start the process of attempting to purchase the woodland. 

? Talking with local residents is part of our process of attempting to buy the land. 

? We'll need to raise at least £40,000 to cover the purchase of the woodlands and pay for things like legal fees fencing (requirement of the sale), maintenance and access.
