About the event

Orange Marmalade Workshop

Join us for a marmalade making workshop
- Saturday 28th February, 2pm to 5pm
- Sunday 1st March, 2pm to 5pm.

Using organic Seville oranges from a small farming cooperative in Calabria in Italy, we will do all the preparation on Saturday, and the cooking and jarring on Sunday. Each participant will receive a 1lb jar of their own delicious handmade marmalade once cooled and set.

The cost of the workshop is £10 per person. Tickets are limited and can be bought online or in-person at Pete's Shop.

All welcome, be aware there are 2 short flights of stairs to the preparation room.
