About the event

NAF Open Course - Fundamentals

NAF Open Course led by Daren Sims (6th Dan) and Paul Lewis (3rd Dan). Members of all Aikido associations welcome.

Training will be focused on practicing Aikido fundamentals - a perfect training opportunity for beginners and the more experienced alike.

Sports Hall, Fitzone, University of South Wales, Llantwit Road, Treforest, RCT, CF37 1DL

Bring lunch, refreshments, weapons and insurance.

£15.00 for USW Students / Under 18s
