This is not about learning steps or getting it “right.”
It’s about reconnecting with yourself through music, movement and shared human experience.

Over the 5 weeks, we will gently explore different aspects of wellbeing—awakening energy, creativity, connection, confidence and a deeper sense of purpose. Each session builds on the last, supporting you to feel more at ease in your body and more connected in your life.

We will move together for joy, pleasure and presence.
We will move to release stress and restore balance.
We will move to rediscover a sense of aliveness and belonging.

 By the end of the course, you may notice:

more energy and vitality
greater emotional balance
increased confidence and self-expression
a deeper sense of connection with yourself and others
This is a beautiful opportunity to commit to yourself and be part of a safe, supportive group journey over five weeks.

Cost: £45 / £40 Early bird & Access Rate

No dance or movement experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
