Join us at Hotel Brigadoon for a relaxed and creative Still Life Dtink & Draw experience.
On arrival, collect your complimentary drink and settle in. Please wear clothing you don’t mind getting materials on — things might get a little messy!
We’ll begin by arranging a variety of still life objects on the tables for you to choose from as your reference. To help you warm up and build confidence, we’ll explore three guided drawing techniques designed to sharpen your observation skills:
• Blind Drawing
• Shape Capture
• Shadow & Highlight Capture
Each technique includes a 3-minute and 5-minute study, taking approximately 30 minutes in total.
After that, the rest of the session is yours to develop your final pieces at your own pace. A selection of drawing materials will be provided.
Live music will kick off around 3:00–3:30pm, so feel free to stay, relax, and join in the jam.
No previous experience is needed — just come along, have a drink, and enjoy the creative process. 🎨🍷
