Run by @zententevents at the wonderful @glascoed_hwb , this will be a transformational and inspiring evening. “Firewalking - and glass walking - is a symbolic and empowering experience that encourages participants to break through personal barriers. The Arrow Break experience enhances confidence and sets a strong mental foundation before walking on fire. It is a unique, unforgettable event that draws attention and engagement from the community. Perfect for personal growth, breaking through limiting beliefs. How does the event unfold? • Event includes fire-building and lighting, Safety Briefing, Connection Workshop, Arrow break and the Firewalk. • We will build and light the fire, offering people the opportunity to write intentions or messages to place in the fire as it burns. It will burn for approximately 1.5/2 hrs before being ready to walk the coals. The walk will take approximately 1 hour for around 50 walkers • Whilst the fire is burning down the participants are given a safety briefing, Q&A session and invited to join in with a connection workshop prior to the Arrow Breaking. The Arrow Breaking exercise creates a powerful opportunity to break through fear barriers, communicate and connect with others and psychologically prepare for firewalking. • In most cases (weather dependent), they have an opportunity of walking twice, or including a glass walk. The Festival and its volunteer committee will also offer thank you gifts for walkers who raise over £150, and a free art/crafts workshop for anyone raising £250. Local businesses can promote themselves by sponsoring the event for a minimum of £100 by walking over the coals or the glass - their logo and a thank you will be included in our programme for the Festival (6th June).
