And we are off!
The colliery engine goes back - to a colliery railway!
Newstead is on her way to the Pontypool and Blaenavon Railway for what promises to be an exciting gala, a total of 5 engines including the renowned big sister Hunslet Jessie, Terrier Fenchurch and the impressive Harold, on one of the uk’s most steeply graded lines - that really makes the engines shout!
Friday 11th September to Sunday 13th September.
