TCI-Pontiac Block Party Summer Series

On behalf of the Transforming Communities Initiative – Pontiac (TCI-Pontiac) and The Advisory Group (TAG) we invite you to join us in strengthening and uplifting our neighborhoods through a series of community block parties this summer.

TCI-Pontiac is the partnership between OLHSA and Trinity Health with a focus on improving housing and neighborhood safety. Our aim is to modify existing policies and systems, as well as enhance our living environment - including neighborhoods, parks, vacant houses, and government operations - to better the quality of life for residents. This specifically involves ensuring access to quality, affordable housing and fostering safe communities. A key part of our approach is to ensure community opinions are heard and valued in a fair and democratic manner. The Advisory Group is led by Autumn Butler and Tameka Ramsey.

Our goal is simple: to connect residents with local resources, highlight community assets, and foster neighborhood pride and engagement.
