Pathway for Premeds Networking Event
You are invited to meet with resident physicians and current clinical students to connect on all aspects of medical school life!

About this Event

This is an interactive, one-hour crash course with current resident physicians and clinical students at McLaren Oakland Hospital, designed to guide you through every stage of the medical school journey.

This session will provide practical insight and firsthand advice on topics including:

  • Preparing for and taking the MCAT
  • Researching and selecting medical schools
  • Interview preparation and best practices
  • Successfully navigating your first semester of medical school
  • Preparing for and writing the USMLE
  • Clinical rotations
  • Applying for and interviewing for residency programs

There will also be time allotted for open Q&A, so participants are encouraged to bring any additional questions they may have.

RSVP is required to attend, and space is limited.
