Please join us for a FREE, gentle yoga class in the great outdoors at Mucha Fruta Farm!

From Instructor Tracy Flynn: "The class will be appropriate for all experience levels, including beginners. We will improve joint mobility, take care of our backs, and foster a sense of inner calm and balance.

Please bring something to practice on: a yoga mat, exercise mat, blanket, or towel. I recommend bringing another blanket or towel to be used as a pillow, pad under the knees, or throw if you feel cool.
I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years. I live in Pontiac and am excited to share yoga with my neighbors. I’m also a yoga therapist, which means I use yogic tools to help people manage health concerns and improve wellness. If you have physical limitations we will adapt the practice to keep your fussy knee, sensitive lower back, or whatever you have going on, safe during your practice.
