This show will be aimed to test not only your strength, endurance and grip but your metal strength as well.

We will be holding 5 categories for both men & women

Saturday 11th will hold both men and women's 

beginner & novice

Sunday 12th will hold both men and women's

inters and light opens/masters

the masters category will be run along side the light opens so if you are over 40 you could walk away with both the light opens and masters trophies.

EVENTS

1. Axel Deadlift - for reps
2. Overhead Medley - axle, log, giant dumbbell
3. Dinnie stone hold 
4. hussefell run - set distance for speed
5. Sandbag over yoke 

details on weights and distance will come shortly once we have tested them. 

entry to the event is £35 (non refundable)

please leave a note with your name t-shirt size and the category you wish to compete in. 

everyone will be given a t-shirt and a goody bag. 

we will be allowing 10 spots to each category and 15 to the light opens depending on masters entries.

we will need a minimum of 3 entries per category if not you will be offered to step up to the next level but never down. 

if you have placed top 3 in either a beginner, novice or inters you must step up to the next category. (no exceptions).

there will be a £2 entry fee for all spectators they will be given a raffle ticket included in this fee for a chance to win a gift basket.
