Taming our inner dragon involves a combination of cognitive and behavioral strategies to help cultivate self-compassion, challenging the inner critic and negative thoughts, and managing anxiety in the moment.
Practices of mindfulness, grounding, journaling, positive affirmations, and self-care can help quiet our inner critic.
