These dynamics often remain outside of conscious awareness and continue influencing how we relate to ourselves, to others, and to life. Systemic constellations provide a method to observe these dynamics directly and bring clarity to the underlying structures that organize our experiences.The body plays a central role in this process. Before we understand something mentally, the body often registers information through sensations, posture, movement, and emotional responses. Conscious movement practices help participants become more present, regulated, and attentive to these signals. This creates the conditions for deeper observation and a more grounded engagement with constellation work.During the workshop, movement practices guided by Divna Milkovic, founder of Lipa Yoga, will prepare the body and nervous system for systemic exploration. Drawing from her experience in yoga, Tai Chi, and energetic awareness practices, Divna will guide participants through simple and accessible movements designed to cultivate presence, stability, and openness.Following this preparation, Amerly Centeno, director of Quanta Academy, will facilitate systemic constellation processes. Through experiential exercises and constellation work, participants will have the opportunity to observe family dynamics, relational patterns, and systemic influences that shape their lives.The integration of movement and constellation work allows participants to engage both bodily awareness and systemic perception, creating a more complete and grounded experience of learning and transformation.This workshop does not require previous experience with yoga, movement practices, or family constellations.
