Bring your wraps and gloves if you have them! This 60-minute, high-energy class combines non-contact drills with heavy bag and pad work. Under expert instruction, both beginners and advanced participants will be challenged and inspired. Sharpen your shadowboxing, boost your fitness, and build real self-defense skills—all while having a blast on the intracoastal!
