All-Levels Hatha Flow on the Intracoastal

This 60-minute Hatha Flow class is designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility with fewer transitions between postures than a traditional vinyasa class, while still offering more movement and flow than a classic hatha practice. The word ha means “sun” and tha means “moon” — together, hatha represents the practice of creating balance between these energies within you, known as Pingala and Ida.
