While attending school in North Carolina, he began his restaurant career at Zaxby’s, quickly working his way up to General Manager. Wanting to transition from corporate dining to full-service restaurants, Fergus became a sous chef at a four-star Mediterranean restaurant in Florida. After 14 years at Coasters Pub and Biergarten, a Brevard County craft beer staple, refining his skills in pairing food with beer, he spent time at 3 Sons Brewing before finding the perfect fit at 26 Degree Brewing.
