I would like to invite for a guided rhythmic morning activation breathwork. What a great way to start the weekend. 

Regular breathwork is a practice that can transform limiting believes, habits, activating life force, generating new synaptic connections (neuropaths) , strengthening the immune system etc. 

If you are new to breathwork, take the plunge and join us for this journey. This could be the chance for you discover the power of meditation that can lead to life changing transformation. 

Duration of is session 30 minutes

It will be delivered through individual headphones creating your own container of undistracted space for best experience.

Morning activation breathwork may reset and calming the nervous system and can contribute an energy boost, helping to overcoming everyday's challenges, giving gratitude and happiness, raising the overall well-being and vibration for the collective.

What to bring : drinking water, yoga mat or a towel, and of course yourself with an open mind and a smile on the face. 

This is free event however we do appreciate a donation to cover costs.
