Wine Bottle Decoupage

Participants will transform a wine bottle into a decorative keepsake using the art of decoupage. Learn basic techniques for layering paper designs, applying adhesive, and sealing your project for a finished look.

Space and supplies are limited.

*All supplies will be provided & registration is required.
