Soul Healing through Myth - Myths like those of Leda, Medusa, and Persephone are reclaimed as allies, highlighting shared resilience and fostering connection beyond trauma.

Reconnection through Embodiment - Trauma can cause deep disconnection from the body. Guided movement practices support participants in gently returning to themselves, re-establishing trust and confidence in their own inner strength.

Community Support and Relational Healing - Inspired by Judith Herman’s insights on relational healing, this workshop centers around fostering an environment where survivors are heard, believed, and supported. Together, we aim to create an open-hearted community of understanding and strength.

Calling in the Divine Feminine - Through ritual and storytelling, we embrace transformative aspects of the feminine to counter systems of domination and reconnect with a compassionate, nurturing inner self. The feminine principle of Eros, as described in Jungian theory, guides us in elevating compassion and unity.

Who Should Attend

This workshop welcomes adult women survivors of rape and sexaul violence who are seeking a holistic path to healing. Whether your experience was recent or decades ago, this is a space to connect, reclaim, and heal. Please note that this workshop is not a substitute for one-on-one therapy. We encourage participants to pursue professional support for diagnoses and treatment related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions outside of this workshop.
