Bread Baking with Anna: Irish Soda Bread

Learn how to make Irish soda bread just in time for St. Patrick's Day!

Participants will discover how simple ingredients—flour, baking soda, salt, and buttermilk—come together to make this quick bread, traditionally baked in Irish homes. This program will be lead by the expert herself, Anna from FlourBard Breads.

This program will be held on Thursday, March 19th, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the Pomeroy Library.

Participants will mix their bread at the library then take home to bake. No prior baking experience needed.

All materials will be provided and registration is required.
