Although the holidays are usually a busy time for everyone, Héma-Québec invites you to find a little time in your
schedule to give the gift of yourself. By donating blood, you’ll help make this season a little brighter and more
peaceful for those facing health challenges. It only takes an hour for this act of generosity towards someone
waiting for a transfusion or blood product. Just one hour of your time is life-changing. All you have to do is make
an appointment! Who knows? You might even make it a habit!
