I have been called to put together a Programe for Kids to help themselves 
deal with emotions and daily struggles. 

This is open to anyone who would like to learn how to Self Heal, it’s a fun relaxed and easy to follow workshop tailored to kids ages 10 – 16 years old and only taking 8 – 10 places to give maximum support and attention.
This helps with:

•	Lack of confidence 
•	Anger 
•	Depression 
•	Low energy
•	Hyper energy 
•	Lack of concentration
