Stock & Soup Basics – Homemade Goodness from Scratch

Class Description:
Warm, comforting, and wonderfully classic—this hands-on class is all about building the essential foundation every home cook should know:

Stock making and simple soups done right. Together we will prepare two flavorful base stocks from scratch, a traditional stovetop chicken stock simmered low and slow, and a beautifully rich Instant Pot chicken bone broth that brings big flavor in less time. These techniques are timeless, reliable, and deliciously foolproof.

Once our stocks are ready, we’ll turn them into a cozy, wholesome Egg Noodle Chicken Soup, complete with fresh hand-cut noodles you’ll make yourself.

On the side, we’ll whip up warm, tender Cheese & Herb Biscuits, the perfect companion to a steaming bowl of soup.

This is a wonderful class for all ages and skill levels—engaging, educational, relaxed, and full of kitchen wisdom you’ll use forever. Come simmer, roll, whisk, knead, laugh, and taste your way through a comforting menu that fills the kitchen with warmth and the table with joy.You’ll learn how to:
