Classic French Onion Soup & Hearty Salad Class
Warm, cozy, and elegantly satisfying, this class is all about comfort with a gourmet touch! Join us for an inviting culinary experience where you’ll learn how to make a traditional French Onion Soup, slowly caramelized to perfection and crowned with a molten cap of toasted baguette and bubbling Gruyère. From mastering deep, rich flavor development to balancing sweetness and toastiness, this timeless soup becomes approachable, fun, and absolutely soul-warming.

To complement our steamy bowl, we’ll craft a Hearty Salad with a Poached Egg, Pickled Onions, and Warm Mushroom-Bacon-Molasses Vinaigrette — a beautiful blend of textures and temperatures. You’ll learn how to poach silky eggs, prepare quick pickles, and emulsify warm dressings that elevate simple greens into something extraordinary.And of course, we end on a sweet note.

For dessert, we’ll create a light, luscious White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse, topped with fresh raspberries and a delicate pistachio crumble for the perfect finishing crunch. A wonderful way to learn classic mousse technique and impress with stunning presentation.
